On April 18, the boys’ varsity lacrosse team destroyed Novato High School in an overwhelmingly offensive game with the Giants controlling the ball for the majority of the matchup. With the Marin County Athletic League (MCAL) playoffs beginning next week, the boys are preparing for competitive upcoming games. Their chances are looking up, as was shown on Wednesday when the Giants started with a bang, scoring seven goals in the first quarter. Firing aggressive shots on goal, they continued to increase their lead to 13-0 by halftime. After halftime, the Hornets were able to gain some momentum and earned a few goals, but the Giants kept their dominant position. The final score concluded with Redwood winning 15-4 in an impressive victory. The Giants finished their MCAL season with another triumph just today as they faced Branson at home.
