Photo Essay: Stress-less activities help students unwind before finals

Isabella Wagner

The Wellness Center and Mental Health Awareness Club partnered to sponsor Stress-less week from Dec. 5 through Dec. 9 to help students calm their nerves in anticipation of upcoming finals. Aiming to mitigate stress as the semester comes to an end, Stress-less week included enjoyable, relaxing activities that individuals could participate in during lunch. These activities were arranged at tables outside the Wellness Center and varied daily. This year’s setup included therapy dogs, stress ball making, self-care trivia, journaling and aromatherapy. Mental health offerings such as these provide students with something to look forward to amidst the tense last days of the semester.
