GALLERY: Klassy Kickoff

A long line of senior boys lean across the fence by the track and football field. Cheers, screams and disappointed sighs drift across the turf. The football is placed on the 40-yard line by none other than legendary P.E. teacher Michael Dibley, whistle in hand. This is not your average high school football game. This is Klassy Kickoff.

This year, despite a strong starting touchdown, the senior team fell to the junior team 12-7.

This flag football game is a Homecoming week tradition, where junior and senior girls face off on Friday at lunch.

With a bit of coaching from the varsity boys’ football team, both teams strategized plays and were prepared to take each other down in this friendly competition.
