Hayden Donehower is a junior at Redwood High School and a business manager for the Bark. He enjoys playing lacrosse, spending time with friends and surfing.

Jay Knopping is a senior and in his third year writing for the Redwood Bark. He loves writing sports stories and being part of a great community. Outside of journalism, he enjoys spending time in nature.
Nick Hartung, Former Staff
Nick Hartung is a senior and is in his third year writing for The Redwood Bark. He loves meeting new people and hearing new stories through journalism. Outside of journalism, Nick plays varsity lacrosse and soccer for Redwood High School. Nick also loves hiking, swimming and rock climbing in the outdoors.

Paige Edelen is a senior at Redwood High School in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. She enjoys writing feature and lifestyle articles, especially focusing on gender equality. She loves the community within the Bark, and has met countless new friends and made many connections she otherwise might not have. In her free time, Paige likes to take beach walks with her dog, go for night drives with her friends, and travel with her family.

Ofelia Huneeus is a senior and is excited to be in her second year with The Redwood Bark. She loves how the paper allows her to explore and write about her passions in both Spanish and English. Beyond her work with The Redwood Bark, Ofelia is also an active member of the Redwoods Link Crew.

She enjoys dancing competitively, learning history, and public speaking in her free time. One of her favorite activities she participates in is teaching dance and tutoring in Marin City.

Zach Dinowitz is a senior and in his third year with The Redwood Bark. He works as the Staff Illustrator and enjoys writing about sports events around Redwood and beyond high school. Outside of journalism, he likes to spend time watching sports and is a New York sports fan.

Nadia Massoumi is a senior and is in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. She loves getting the chance to dive deep into topics through feature and opinion articles. Outside of journalism, she is a huge music lover and is deeply passionate about traveling and cultural immersion.
Lucy Jeffers, Games Editor
Lucy Jeffers is a senior and this is her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. She loves the fact that the program gives her the opportunity to take initiative and be independent. Outside of journalism, she plays lacrosse and field hockey at Redwood and on travel teams. She also loves to watch movies, cook with friends, sleep and spend time with her dog, Newman!
Leighton Olsen is a senior at Redwood High School and has been a part of the Redwood Bark for two years. Leighton runs the most listened to podcast for the Redwood Bark; The No L’s Podcast. He enjoys playing volleyball and wakeboarding in his free time.
Maggie Walsh, Former Staff
Maggie Walsh is a senior and this is her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. She is the business manager and helps with funding, reimbursements, competitions and more. She loves the community of the program and meeting new people along the way. Outside of her passion for journalism, Maggie plays varsity soccer.

Lynette Ki is a senior and is in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. She loves seeing the result of everyone’s collaborative work at the end of the year. Outside of the journalism classroom, she loves traveling, taking photos and trying new foods.

Tessa Marshall is a senior and is in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. Her favorite aspect of the program is covering sports games and taking action shots of the players. She enjoys collaborating with her peers through common interests like journalism. Tessa is also the captain of the Redwood girls’ varsity soccer team and is involved with the special needs program at Redwood.

Evelyn Spiegel is a senior and is in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. She loves the connections that are made through the program and how it brings together the different demographics of Marin County. Aside from journalism, Evelyn loves to spend her time playing soccer, practicing yoga and watching the sunset at scenic outlooks.

Isabelle Davis is a senior in her third year writing for the Redwood Bark and she is the social media manager. She enjoys utilizing social media to reach a variety of audiences and loves the freedom she has to experiment with the multitude of avenues on social media. Outside of journalism, she enjoys running, baking, and spending time with her friends.

Tessa Tuatini is a senior in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. Her favorite aspect is learning more about the community and reporting on topics not talked about very often. Outside of journalism, she runs cross country and track and loves the beach, going on long drives and spending time with her friends and family.
Scarlett Musgrove, Podcast Editor
Scarlett Musgrove is a Senior at Redwood High School in her third year in the Redwood Bark program. As she takes on the role of Podcast editor for this coming year, she is looking forward to leading and expanding the podcast section. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, specifically going on hikes locally in Marin, and she works at a local store.
Elle Wilson, Social Media Manager
Elle Wilson is a senior in her third year of writing for The Redwood Bark. She is currently a photography editor and has been a social media manager and data analyst in the past. She loves how the program brings together the school while informing the student body about local news and events. Outside of writing as a journalist, she is passionate about running and how it connects her to her community and nature.
Ashlin Quach, Former Staff
Ashlin Quach is a senior at Redwood High School and is in his third year writing for The Redwood Bark. His favorite part of Bark is the community and covering Redwood sports. Outside journalism he is team captain of the football team and loves cooking his signature risotto.

Liam Healy is a Podcast Editor for the Redwood Bark. In his second year of the Bark he loves to create podcasts, opinions, and memories. He enjoys hanging out with friends and family and working out.
Anya Ghazi, Former Staff
Anya Ghazi is a senior at Redwood High School and has been in The Redwood Bark for 3 years. Her favorite genre of journalism is broadcast journalism. As a Video Editor for the Bark this year, she plans to create many video montages and social media reels in the coming year. Anya spends her free time playing beach volleyball at Stinson Beach with her friends and watching the sunset after.
Jack Block, Opinion Editor
Jack is a senior and an opinion editor for The Redwood Bark. Jack is a DEI Certified journalist and he enjoys playing baseball, hiking, working out and spending time with family and friends.
Angelina Purvey, Review Editor
Angelina Purvey is a senior and this is her third year in The Redwood Bark. She loves the community aspect of the program and review pieces are her favorite to write. Outside of journalism, Angelina is a competitive dancer, dance teacher to children and likes to go to concerts.
Ben Mueller, Layout Editor
Ben Mueller is a senior in his third year of writing for The Redwood Bark. He loves skiing, playing soccer and exploring Marin and the American West. He enjoys reading and the food section of the New York Times.
Nina Baker, Outside Opportunities Manager
Nina Baker is a senior in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. She loves it because of the collaboration and co-dependency that students share within the class. She enjoys digging deeper into different aspects of our community and is excited to uncover even more this year. Outside of journalism, she spends a lot of time playing lacrosse and field hockey, and loves to go to the beach.
