Morgan Sicklick is a senior and in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. Her favorite aspects of the program are meeting new people in the community and covering the news. Outside of her commitment to journalism, she plays for Redwood’s varsity water polo and swim team and is an avid surfer.
Charlotte Lacy, Former Staff
Charlotte Lacy is a senior and is in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. She loves how everyone comes together to create something special, and she feels a true sense of community within the program. Outside of her passion for journalism, Charlotte is also deeply involved with special education.
Matthew Knauer, Former Staff
Matthew Knauer is a senior in his third year writing for the The Redwood Bark. His favorite aspect is covering sports and writing 24-hour recaps. Outside of dedicating himself to journalism, he plays for Redwood’s varsity baseball team and is a San Francisco Giants fan.
Beckett Tudor, Former Staff
Beckett Tudor is a senior at Redwood High School and an editor-in-chief for the Redwood Bark. Beckett’s favorite thing about the Bark is learning from a wide range of people covering different stories. In his free time outside of journalism, Beckett enjoys competing on Redwood’s mock trial team and working at animal sanctuaries.
Elsa Houtkooper, Reporter
Elsa Houtkooper is a senior and is in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. Her favorite aspect is working with her classmates and interviewing people to learn different perspectives. Outside of the program she plays basketball for Redwood and enjoys going to In-N-Out with friends.

Alana Leifer is a senior and is in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. She loves covering feature stories and collaborating with others. Outside of journalism, Alana loves to run and go to the beach with her friends.
Mo Colaco, Senior Staff
Imogen (Mo) Colaco is a senior in her third year of writing for The Redwood Bark. Informing her peers on exciting recent events and creating podcasts is Mo’s favorite activity in the Bark as it allows her to explore relatable topics and use media skills. Besides being apart of senior staff, Mo enjoys spending time with her horse in Sonoma and working out.
Estelle Smith, Copy Editor
Estelle (Ellie) Smith is a senior and is in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. Her favorite part of the program is telling peoples’ stories that would have otherwise gone unheard. Besides reporting, Estelle is on the Redwood varsity soccer team and often explores her favorite area of the county, West Marin, through hiking with her dog, surfing and watching the beautiful sunsets.
Cora Champommier, Editor-in-Chief
Cora Champommier is a senior and is in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. She loves the fast paced nature of journalism and getting to meet new people of various facets. Outside of the classroom she enjoys coaching soccer at her childhood club and being outdoors.

Wyatt Levine, Former Staff
Wyatt Levine is a senior and Copy Editor for the Redwood Bark. He is currently in his third year of the journalism program and enjoys copy editing. Outside of school, he enjoys eating cuban sandwiches, skiing with his family and watching Survivor.
Mariel Goodhart, Social Media Manager
Mariel Goodhart is a senior and is in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. She loves writing stories and talking to unique people. Outside of journalism she plays for Redwood’s field hockey team. Mariel spends her free time baking, hiking and going to beach.
Gabrielle Franklin, Former Staff
Gabrielle Franklin is a Junior and is in her third year writing for the Redwood Bark. She loves how everyone a part of the paper has a passion for journalism, and puts full effort into their work. Outside of her love for journalism, Gabrielle’s future goal is to work alongside children and is currently taking psychology classes at College of Marin.
Kate Morgan, Data Analyst/Survey Manager
Kate Morgan is a senior at Redwood and this is her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. Her favorite aspect is writing news pieces to grow her knowledge of the world around her. She is on the Redwoods’ varsity waterpolo and swim team.
Molly Gallagher, Former Staff
Molly Gallagher is a senior and is in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. She loves creating stories that can connect with many different communities and loves the sense of community within the program. Outside of journalism, Molly also enjoys playing basketball.

Anna Youngs is a senior in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. Her favorite aspect of the program is story planning and learning about new people and places in the community. Anna is on the Redwood High School swim team and is a member of the investing club. Outside of The Bark, she enjoys spending time outdoors and attending concerts with friends.
Angelina Purvey, Review Editor
Angelina Purvey is a senior and this is her third year in The Redwood Bark. She loves the community aspect of the program and review pieces are her favorite to write. Outside of journalism, Angelina is a competitive dancer, dance teacher to children and likes to go to concerts.
Evelyn Harper, Survey Manager
Evelyn Harper is a senior in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. She loves that everyone can pursue what they are passionate about and loves the community within the Bark. Outside of her passion for journalism, she loves spending time outdoors hiking and going to the beach.
Jake Post, Sports Editor
Jake Post is a senior and in his third year writing for the Redwood Bark. His current position is Copy Editor and his favorite aspect of Bark is covering sports, especially the football and soccer teams, and spending time with his peers. He plays basketball and baseball for Redwood and plays golf in his free time.

Richard Byrne is a senior at Redwood high school and is the games editor for the Redwood Bark. He’s in his third year writing for the Redwood Bark. He enjoys to play basketball and ping pong in his free time.

Henry Barker is a senior at Redwood High School and is a photographer and former sports editor for The Redwood Bark. In his third year of the program, Henry enjoys covering all things sports related, especially 24-hr game recaps. Aside from journalism, he enjoys golfing with his friends, and he plays for the Redwood varsity lacrosse team.

She loves how through journalism you are able to explore your interests and write about current events in our community. Outside of writing for the program, Lucy plays for Redwood’s varsity lacrosse and field hockey team.

Outside of her love for journalism, Paige is a pilates instructor at BodyRok North Bay and loves spending time with her friends and family.

Lily Bell is a senior and in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. She enjoys the close community and kind people who she met along the way. As a transfer student, she immediately felt welcomed when joining The Redwood Bark. Outside of reporting, she plays beach volleyball and spends her time outdoors.

She loves the community aspect of the program and the opportunities it gives her to interview and learn from new people. Outside of journalism, Nina devotes her time to competitive dance and painting.

Brooklyn Saputo is a Senior at Redwood High School and is in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. Her current position in the program is as the Business manager. The way the class acts as a family makes it something she looks forward to every day. Outside of her love for journalism, Brooklyn is extremely passionate about the world of business. She takes classes and does internships in order to grow her knowledge.

Elle Wilson is a senior in her third year of writing for The Redwood Bark. She is currently a photography editor and has been a social media manager and data analyst in the past. She loves how the program brings together the school while informing the student body about local news and events. Outside of writing as a journalist, she is passionate about running and how it connects her to her community and nature.
