The varsity lacrosse team dominated Casa Grande in its preseason opener on Thursday, Feb. 24, with the score of 13-4.

Scoring within the first five minutes of the game, Redwood maintained its lead throughout and scored at least once in each quarter.

Senior goalie Ethan Baer made several saves that kept Casa Grande scoreless in the first half.

A pair of goals by junior Freddy Madison and sophomore Jack Elders boosted Redwood’s lead up from start to finish.

Redwood next plays at St. Ignatius in a non-conference game on Tuesday, Mar. 3.
