The JV football team lost 28-12 against Marin Catholic on Saturday, Nov. 1.

Redwood’s weak offense contributed to a slow paced game containing a multitude of interceptions and weak blocking.

Marin Catholic’s defense caused many fumbles and caught five interceptions. The poor blocking allowed Marin Catholic to overwhelm the quarterback, depriving Redwood of many offensive gains.

Sophomore Kyle Campbell had two interceptions for Redwood, with one resulting in a touchdown that he ran down the field. In the last minute of the 4th quarter Redwood took the ball 50 yards down the field and scored in the last few seconds of the game.

Redwood plays their next home game against Justin Siena on Saturday, Nov. 8.
