Girls volleyball loses MCAL title

Girls+volleyball+loses+MCAL+title

The varsity girls’ volleyball team lost the MCAL title to Branson on Saturday.

The girls were down to their final point three times before Branson pulled ahead and won the deciding game 28-26, earning them their third straight MCAL title.

On Saturday, Nov. 9, Branson hosted the girls’ volleyball final against Redwood at College of Marin.

The Giants had an early lead in their first game, but the Bulls came from behind to win by a narrow margin of 25-23.

The Bulls lead throughout the second game and went on to win 25-21.

This is the second year in a row that Redwood has fallen to Branson in the MCAL title game.
