Three candidates face off for one seat on the Larkspur City Council

Larkspur City Council Special Election by Anna Youngs

On March 5, voters in Larkspur will flood the polls to elect a new city council member to replace the seat of former city council member Kevin Haroff. The three candidates for the position are Stephanie Andre, Claire Paquette and Lana Scott.
