On Tuesday, March 1, the girls varsity lacrosse team faced Carondelet in a non-league matchup of the season. From the first draw, Redwood dominated the game, allowing them to secure a comfortable lead of 13-3 in the first half. Holding the offensive possession throughout the game, the Giants ended in a 20-6 victory. Top scorers included junior Phoebe Miller and junior Ellie Washing, who scored three goals to complete a hat trick. As the score continued to climb in the second half, defenders also got action in the crease, with senior Nina Baker and junior Rose Muller each scoring two goals. Hoping to continue their undefeated streak, girls lacrosse will take on San Francisco University on March 10 at 3:30 p.m. at home.
