With finals approaching, the Wellness staff hosted their biannual Stress Less Week, a week-long event consisting of self-care activities to de-stress during Quiet Week. Some events included meetings with therapy dogs and aromatherapy sachet making, journaling and eating sweet treats. Wellness is a great resource during this stressful period and a good tool for students to utilize year-round. Talking to one of Wellness’s trained professionals could be the difference between a dreadful and stress-free finals season.
