Seniors win 14-7 in the first Klassy Kick-off game back since COVID-19

With the first “Klassy Kick-off” since COVID-19, junior and senior girls played a riveting game of touch football. The players for each team were chosen through a lottery system that ultimately picked 30 girls for the coveted spots. Teams were coached by varsity football players from each grade that led practices the week leading up to the game. At the game, students filled the stands to watch and cheer their friends on. The girls fought hard throughout the game that ended with a final score of 14-7 and a win for the seniors. However, the junior girls will have another shot next year when they compete against girls from the class of 2024.
