SNAPSHOT: RoCo Dance put on their bi-annual showcase on Jan. 24, featuring Redwood dancers across ballet, contemporary, hip hop and jazz styles. Studio owner Sadie Carhart oversaw the rehearsals and performances of each piece, encouraging dancers to sign-up for the new season starting Jan. 27 as they got ready for their dances.
Jamie Glennon is a senior and is in her third year writing for The Redwood Bark. Outside of reporting and school work, Jamie balances her time between dancing with BodyLanguage at RoCo Dance in Mill Valley and making creative smoothies.
