According to the Oct. 2024 Bark survey, 39 percent of students reported feeling uncomfortable when talking about politics or their political views. Unspoken Tensions tackles the battles that students face when talking about politics and highlights how to make Redwood a more inclusive environment to talk about politics. By listening to fellow students and introducing ways to create more inclusive conversations surrounding government, the stigma of talking about politics or one’s political views can be erased.
