Welcome to Three Peas in a Pod(cast), hosted by Cora, Ellie and Mo; where we share stories from firsthand experiences about the challenges our Redwood community faces every day. We discuss various pressing issues to find possible solutions and offer advice to students facing similar difficulties. Whether you just arrived at Redwood or you’re counting down the days as a senior, this is a safe place to discuss what matters most: students’ well-being. In this episode, we discuss the common belief that junior year is the hardest year in high school and how, in reality, the first semester of senior year is more challenging due to balancing college applications, grades and pricey events such as senior trips. We chatted with Senior James Mostafavi on his opinion towards the topic, as he believes that senior year normalizes activities that not everyone can afford and that the typical college route is exclusive.
