The Jazz Band started off the night by playing a smooth rhythm that flowed through the theater.
On May 28, 2025, members of the Jazz Band performed their last concert of the year. They played some classic tunes such as “Bye Bye Blackbird” by Ray Henderson and “Just the Two of Us” by Bill Withers and Grover Washington Jr., while also incorporating more modern jazz songs like “Moon River” by Frank Ocean—a range of musical instruments, including pianos, saxophones, drums and guitars accompanied each song. The performance lasted from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., and when the concert concluded, Chip Boaz, the music teacher, thanked all the audience members for attending the final jazz performance.
