On Saturday, Dec. 14, Sausalito celebrated its annual Winterfest, which took place at Gabrielson Park. The event has been ongoing for 37 years, making this a community event to look forward to. Starting at 6 p.m., it included a lighted boat parade and fireworks. Viewers crowded Gabrielson Park and the surrounding streets as vendors sold light-up balloons and street food. Even with the power out, participants in the boat parade rode their boats along the Sausalito waterfront, lighting up the shoreline for the community to enjoy.
