On Thursday, April 17, boys’ and girls’ varsity swim competed in a meet against Novato High School. The pool deck was filled with a lively atmosphere and a sentiment of support and celebration for senior swimmers in anticipation of their upcoming graduation. Honoring the seniors, coach Fred Ferroggario presented handmade, signed posters for each of the seniors at the beginning of the meet. Ferroggario recognized the seniors’ achievements and shared thoughtful comments about their futures. With hopes high and the crowd cheering, the swimmers delivered exceptional performances—especially those with wins, such as Charlie Scott in the 100-yard butterfly event and Charlotte Philkill and Annabelle Kilgore in freestyle. Final meet scores will be released next week and can be viewed at MaxPreps.com. The Giants will compete in their last league swim meet against Tamalpais High School on Friday, April 25.
