On Tuesday, Dec 11th, boys’ varsity basketball matched up against the formidable San Ramon Valley Wolves. The Giants faced the Wolves last December in a game where the Giants dominated with a final score of 62-52. This time around, Redwood could not perform as well. The Giants struggled to make open shots and play tough defense throughout the game. San Ramon Valley dominated, leading the whole time and winning by a score of 70-51. It is worth noting that the Giants are without three starters, seniors Semetri Carr, Noah Tanaka and Mason Garbo, all of whom are set to return sometime next month. The boys will return to the floor this Friday, Dec. 13, where they travel away to face up against University High School.
