Junior Sasha Boussina scored in the closing minutes of Redwood’s first round NCS playoff game to tie the game at 1-1 and force Sonoma Valley into a golden goal extra period.

However, after 20 minutes of overtime, both teams had yet to score and the match up went to penalty kicks to decide the winner.

Redwood’s Jordan Finci calmly stepped up with the game on the line to deliver the game-winning PK and put Redwood into the NCS quarterfinal today vs. Marin Catholic at Redwood.
