Leadership passes out food during lunch.

The Leadership class hosted the first ever “Grilled Cheese on a Frisbee” event on the CEA stage and South Lawn, on Friday, March 13 as part of Everybody Loves Everybody week.

Students were able to buy a frisbee, a grilled cheese, chips, and a water, for a total of $5. Leadership students grilled sandwiches throughout lunch on a grill that was set up on the CEA stage.

A student band from Advanced Performance Workshop was performing in the amphitheater, adding to the festive atmosphere.

Each day of the week had a different theme related to love and community. The theme for Friday was “Love Redwood,” and the event was meant to bring together all grades and emphasize a strong Redwood community.

Other Leadership-hosted events throughout ELE week included a compliment wall, lunchtime meditation, and a schoolwide assembly with speaker Matt Bellace on Thursday, March 12.
