Boys’ varsity soccer team advances to MCAL playoffs

Boys+varsity+soccer+team+advances+to+MCAL+playoffs

The varsity boys’ soccer team dominated San Rafael high school on Thursday, Oct. 23,  with a score of 2-0.

The ball went back and forth between the teams until sophomore Jack Elders managed to make the first goal of the game.

Senior Miguel Rodriguez, scored the last goal of the afternoon, clinching the win for Redwood.

The Giants’ next home game will be on Wednesday, Oct. 29. The team they are playing against in the MCAL Playoffs is still to be determined.
